The visible parts of an adaptable workspace rest on a raised access floor, which houses UL-certified distribution systems for electrical, voice, data and building management systems. This pre-wired, plug-and-play infrastructure supports any workspace plan the initial tenant – or subsequent tenants – might desire, and enables fast, inexpensive layout changes.
